WINE CLASSES READY IN THORNBURY
Do you know your Chardonnay from your Riesling? What about Merlot and Pinot Noir? Are you overwhelmed when you hit the aisles at the LCBO?
Michelle Paris might be able to help you out with that.

Having fun with wine and cheese pairings with Lesley Stewart of CHCH Morning Live.
Michelle Paris is a professional sommelier, entrepreneur, educator and innovator. I met Michelle at a wine tasting she was hosting at a fashion event during the summer. I enjoyed her energy, enthusiasm and the way she taught us about food and wine pairings. I was inspired by her start-up business, the risk she took to start something new, and her continued pursuit of further education.

Michelle Paris with CHCH Morning Live host Lesley Stewart chat about holiday wines.

BABY YOUR BOTTLES
Small, beautiful wine cellars give big enjoyment for wine lovers.
By Mary Luz Mejia
Sommelier Michelle Paris says simple storage might be the solution for wines you’ll drink right away. “If you want to have a place to keep your wine for immediate consumption, there are simple racks that you can purchase from specialty stores, or make your own,” she says. But if you’re cellaring wine for the long term, you should invest in building something more substantial.
