Passing the course

You need to achieve a minimum of 70% on the 30 multiple choice question exam.

Online exam

You will need two devices in order to sit the exam. Both must have cameras and microphones,

• Primary device will be used to take the exam. It can be PC, Mac or Linex. Devices not supported at this time are Android tablets (Nexus 7, etc.), iOS tablets (iPad, iPad mini, etc.) and Microsoft Surface Pro (and earlier versions).

• Secondary device will be used to record you and your environment. You can you most mobile devices - phone or tablet. Devices not supported at this time are the Google Pixel series, Huawei P30 series, Huawei Y9S and the Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016)

Resit fees

In the event that you are unsuccessful on your exam, there is a resit fee of $125.

Registration

In order for you to be registered to take the online exam on the same day as the course, registration closes 15 business days before the course start date.

You can still register up to 10 days before the course. You’re exam will have to be scheduled at a later date. A minimum if 15 business days is needed to schedule an online exam.
