For those looking to delve a little deeper into the world of spirits, this intermediate course will introduce you to a broad range of spirits and liqueurs. Whether you are an interested consumer or someone who works in hospitality or the off-trade, this course will broaden your knowledge and give you the confidence you need to impress your friends and engage with your customers.
The course covers the main categories of spirits and liqueurs and the influences of production methods on the different styles available in each category. Students will learn to evaluate spirits via the the Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits.
